Message to attendees:
We are getting ready to welcome you to the Mohonk Mountain House for our 25th Annual Benefit Auction on Saturday.
Ten things you should know:
1. The event begins at 4:00 pm with the silent auction, hors d'oeuvres and music.
2. Guest names will be on a list at the Gatehouse when you drive in. Please indicate that you are attending the Auction.
3. Please allow extra time to park and make your way up to the pavilion.
4. Valet parking is available at the main entrance.
5. A shuttle will be available to the pavilion from the valet located at the hotel's main entrance. Please let the valet know when you park that you need assistance.
6. Self parking is available which will speed your departure as we expect the valet to be busy immediately following the event.
7. The event is expected to end at 8:30 pm.
8. Dress code is business casual. It will get cool when the sun goes down so it's advisable to bring a light jacket or shawl.
9. The Mohonk Mountain House is no longer requiring a covid waiver to be completed.
10. We sincerely thank you for supporting the Preserve with your attendance, bids, and paddle raises to support our program areas.
